A.C.T.S. Academy is an independent, registered 501(c)3 nonprofit religious organization dedicated to uplifting fallen humanity through education and charitable initiatives. Founded by Minister Victor Taylor El (Minister Khnum), creator of Moorish American Studies™.Our mission is to educate Moorish American citizens in the principles divinely prepared by Prophet Noble Drew Ali, guided by Allah to aid in the uplifting of humanity.​Our Purpose

To assist in the uplifting of humanity by returning to our ancient and divine principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice.

To operate exclusively for religious, charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our Mission

To uneducate, re-educate, and empower students through our Divine Creed, ancient religious practices, and Moorish American Studies™.

To foster a deep understanding of our cultural and spiritual heritage, cultivating individuals who contribute positively to society.

To promote personal, spiritual, economic, and community growth, preserving cultural heritage and realizing collective potential.

To partner with health and human services for mental health and substance use disorder programs.

To provide financial education, civic responsibility, and cultural awareness through public events.

To assist in wealth building, financial education, and property acquisition for financial independence and equity.

To offer charitable initiatives through youth athletics, arts, and other programs.
